BioDynamic Breathwork and Trauma Resolution (BBTR) is related to our feelings and body sensations.
As the first is Hungarian certified BBTR therapist, the main area of my work is the exploration of blocks in the body. The BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System®.
This system, with the help of breathing, helps to reveal and dissolve the blocks in the body both on an emotional and physical level and to start the self-healing process of the body with the help of the 6 elements (breathing, movement, sound, touch, emotions, meditation). This creates a flexible and dynamic experience that goes deeper than traditional therapies.
Trauma is any experience that overloads the body's normal coping mechanisms with an external influence. Trauma is about interrupting instinctual behavior. Of course, you can only behave in the present, here and now and in your body.
Trauma consists of an event, series of events, or circumstances that an individual experiences as physically and emotionally harmful or threatening, and that permanently and adversely affects their own behavior, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Using simpler examples, it can be an accident, physical violence, mental abuse or unwanted sex, verbal humiliation, or even everyday stress at work. But our childhood traumatic experiences leave the deepest traces in our body and soul. We resolve them during biodynamic breathing.
It is important to note that, unlike other spiritual therapies, the practice of biodynamic breathing does not hope for a solution from a changed state of mind or state of mind, but on the contrary: we perceive everything consciously, in the present, in our place (here and now) and in our body. Our goal is not contemplation and mental analysis "out of ourselves", on the contrary: we focus on our specific body sensations, ones that we could not even name or associate concepts with.
